Oversee all production, quality and safety activities on 3rd shift, proper equipment performance and maintenance, promote teamwork, and assist operators in both make-ready and run as needed. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer company policies and procedures as they pertain to
Associates and equipment
- Assist Lead Associates when issues arise over make-readies,
press operations, color okays, press sign-offs, approvals, ink
rotations, delivery and spray systems on 4, 6 and 7 color presses,

Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in the industry and working in at
least two of the following functional areas:
- Die cutting, Offset, Finishing, Gravure, Pre-press
- Familiarity with high-speed folding carton manufacturing
processes and equipment

Overall responsibility for operation of a 6 or 7 color printing press, including make-ready and press operation. Supervise 2nd Press Operator and Offset Feeder to ensure optimum production, quality and safety. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee entire press operation, including but

- Hanging plates, ensuring proper ink rotation, color and
shade
- Hanging blankets
