Job Summary:
Perform make-readies and operate a Bobst 130ER or 142CER cutting press at required production speeds while controlling, quality, waste and safety requirements and maintaining housekeeping standards. Willingness to work flexible shifts if required. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate die cutting press
- Set up grids and front lays, prepare feed table
- Lift dies off completed jobs
- Monitor production schedules
- Complete make-ready to match specifications of customer's
order
- Monitor quality, checking one sheet from each load, noting
quality problems
- Enter production and quality reports into computer
- Notify Lead/Supervisor of equipment problems and assist with
troubleshooting to resolve
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Maintain work area to required housekeeping standards
- Observe all safety regulations
- Perform other duties as required

Job Summary:
Oversee all production, quality and safety activities on 3rd shift, proper equipment performance and maintenance, promote teamwork, and assist operators in both make-ready and run as needed. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer company policies and procedures as they pertain to
Associates and equipment
- Assist Lead Associates when issues arise over make-readies,
press operations, color okays, press sign-offs, approvals, ink
rotations, delivery and spray systems on 4, 6 and 7 color presses,
ranging from 50 - 55 inches
- Encourage Lead Associates to involve Shift Superintendent when
issues arise in order to meet production schedules, maintain
quality standard and assure even workflow
- Guide Associates to adhere to AIB principles for packaging
facilities
- Arrange for appropriate manpower, materials and supplies
necessary to maintain adequate sanitation standards, promptly
addressing any deficiencies related to sanitation/hygiene and
notifying QA Manager of corrective actions taken
- Participate in Plant safety, fire prevention and housekeeping
programs
- Serve as member of Plant's AIB Compliance Committee.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in the industry and working in at
least two of the following functional areas:
- Die cutting, Offset, Finishing, Gravure, Pre-press
- Familiarity with high-speed folding carton manufacturing
processes and equipment
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and multi-task to meet
production, quality and safety targets

Job Summary:
Overall responsibility for operation of a 6 or 7 color printing press, including make-ready and press operation. Supervise 2nd Press Operator and Offset Feeder to ensure optimum production, quality and safety. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee entire press operation, including but
not limited to:
- Hanging plates, ensuring proper ink rotation, color and
shade
- Hanging blankets
- Checking delivery and spray systems operate correctly

Use and transfer all hazardous waste chemicals

Possess a thorough understanding of AIB

tasks, and deep cleaning tasks as well as the documentation of
each
- Maintenance of proper personal hygiene and uniform cleanliness
in order to produce safe products free of contamination
- performing housekeeping tasks throughout the work shift on a
continuing basis to maintain the work areas in a sanitary
condition
Advise Group Leader or Department Manager when machine parts are
needed and perform other assigned tasks as required.

- Possess Level 1 Material Handling Equipment Certification
- At least 1 year's Supervisory experience
