Career Opportunities - Jacksonville, Florida Feeder/Catcher Job Department: Finishing Job Summary: Responsible for feeding a finishing machine or catching cartons at the end of the machine and packing cartons into corrugated boxes per customer specifications. Provides final quality inspections in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities: • Reads factory order to ensure all information corresponds with needed supplies-cartons, cases, and labels. • Packs cartons into cases per packing requirements ensuring proper count and fit. • Maintains required production speeds. • Checks quality of pre-break, folding, glue, pressue, and windowing, reporting non-conformance to operator. • Inspects cartons for print or striping defects. • Returns excess supplies to proper locations. • Keeps work area to Good Housekeeping standards. • Observe all safety regulations • Perform other duties as required by supervision. Skills and Experience: Entry level Education: H.S.
