Finishing Gluer Operator and Lead Operator
Job Department: Finishing
Job Summary: Set up, maintain, and operate gluer equipment at the required production speeds, while controlling quality, waste, safety, and good housekeeping standards. Know how to feed and catch on gluer machines. Have knowledge of adhesives.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor production schedules.
• Review factory order checking for specifications, and labels.
• Complete make-ready to match job specifications.
• Select correct adhesive.
• Mount and dismount glue pots.
• Verify Feeder and Catcher has proper materials.
• Run equipment at required production speeds, while maintaining quality, low waste percentage and safety precautions.
• Enter production reports into computer.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Keep work area to Good Housekeeping standards.
• Observe all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as required by manager or lead.

Education:
H.S. Diploma or GED
