If you have experienced a financial hardship due to a natural or man-made disaster, such as a hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, or home fire, you may be eligible for funding from the Malnove Employee Assistance Fund. The Employee Assistance Fund is available to help co-workers in the immediate days and weeks following a natural or man-made disaster, but we know more assistance may be needed to help with long-term recovery. International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies
The fund is designed to help Malnove employees across the country. Any active, full-time employee of Malnove Holding Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries may apply for a grant from the fund. The fund provides grants for basic needs such as medical expenses, home repairs, emergency expenses, or shelter resulting from a natural or artificial disaster, family death, medical emergency, or other unforeseen hardship. The maximum annual grant amount per employee is $5,000.
The grants are funded by donations from Malnove Holding Company, Inc., its employees, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
