This fund aims to support employees during challenging times by offering financial relief, stability, and peace of mind when facing unexpected crises such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other significant economic burdens. By establishing this fund, the company demonstrates its commitment to the well-being and welfare of its employees, ensuring that they feel supported and valued in times of need.

The fund is designed to help Malnove employees across the country. Any active, full-time employee of Malnove Holding Company, Inc. and its subsidiaries may apply for a grant from the fund. The fund provides grants for basic needs such as medical expenses, home repairs, emergency expenses, or shelter resulting from a natural or artificial disaster, family death, medical emergency, or other unforeseen hardship. The maximum annual grant amount per employee is $5,000.

The grants are funded by donations from Malnove Holding Company, Inc., its employees, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
